LOESTS Hof
Living, but better
Central location
Excellent infrastructure
Eventful past, bright future: The Loests Hof
Constructed between 1884 and 1890
As a closed perimeter block development, 250 meters in length and four storeys in height, the Loests Hof is among the largest residential properties ever built in Germany. The commercial park, originally used as workspace, living quarter and storage facility in the late 19th century, is one of the last fully preserved urban monuments of its kind.
Once home to workshops, sheds and stables, the inner courtyard today offers a perfect retreat from everyday stress while inviting residents to meet and mingle.
Surroundings
CLose to the city center, yet quiet
The Loests Hof is located in a tranquil quarter with perfect connections to the public transport network. Trams will get you to the central station within 9 minutes and to the university campus in no more than 19 minutes, without any transfers. The next supermarket is located within a 5 min walking distance.
A 24h kiosk is just around the corner, as are two gyms (McFit and Crossfit) and a climbing tower. A broad range of shopping facilities is also just a short walk away.
